A. My commitment to you.
  1. I will work with my students to improve their performance in the exams, by building their knowledge, skills and confidence.
  2. My classes run also beyond the school year. 
  3. If I make a cancellation of a lesson, there will be a 24-hours notice along with a reschedule and replacement of that lesson.
  4. Unless there is a prior notification, my classes will run as scheduled during the English Bank Holidays and half-terms.
  5. I reserve the right to make alterations to the timetable of a class, only if all participants of the respective class agree with the rescheduled timetable.
  6. I will respect you as student and as parent. If you disagree with something I have done, please tell me.
B. Your commitment to me.
  1. Students are requested to attend their classes in a timely manner. In the event of a late arrival of a student or a missed class, I will not extend or replace the class.
  2. During my online classes, students and parents are requested to remember that their participation will often involve live streaming of video and/or audio and as such they should take all the necessary measures for ensuring their safeguarding.
  3. Parents agree to pay the fees on time.
  4. Parents and students agree to consult their dedicated account on my online portal for operational updates (calendar and announcements) and to track the progress of the students.
  5. In the event of unpaid fees, I regret that I will have to stop my courses to the student immediately, without the obligation of providing a prior notice or justification for the decision.
  6. There is one-month cancellation policy. As such, parents should notify me by email, should they wish to stop the courses.
  7. Should I consider that a student behaves inappropriately or that the courses are not suitable for the student any more, I reserve the right to cancel the courses offered at any time to the student, without the obligation of providing a prior notice or justification for the decision.
  8. For a private class and if you wish to cancel a session, please give me a 48-hours notice, in which case there will be no charge. In any other case, you agree to pay the cancelled session.
  9. By proceeding with the payment, you agree with the terms outlined in this form.
  10. In case you believe that I didn’t get something right, tell me and I’ll do my best to fix it.
C. How much it will cost you.
  1. There are no hidden extras or selling-up/on catches – It’s all laid out and agreed before we start, so please read my fees.
  2. There will be no charges for any extra classes I might offer at my discretion, as well as for all the material I will give to the student.
  3. The fees are for the remaining duration of the school year. There are no charges for the past sessions. 
  4. The fees are quoted per hour and are required at the beginning of each month for the hours of the month.
  5. The hourly fee paid by a student may change, depending on the group size. In that case, parents will be notified in advance.
  6. I regret that I cannot accept payments made by cheques.
  7. Please note that, in case you decide to cancel the classes or for any missed sessions, I will not refund tuition fees that have been already paid.
  8. In case you decide to cancel your classes, no further fees will be charged. But please let me know beforehand if you are not happy and I will do my best to fix it.
D. My Privacy Policy.
  1. I will keep confidential any information about you.
  2. The data I hold on you is that which you give in this registration form – your name and contact details (for instance, address, telephone number, email address).
  3. I also hold data about my students, such as their school, date of birth, educational background and other information that can help me deliver my services to them.
  4. During my online lessons, I may ask my students to use their cameras and audio facilities and I may record the lesson. This is necessary only for the delivery of my teaching and I won’t use it for any other purposes. Please let me know in advance should you prefer to opt-out.
  5. By signing the registration form, the parent/guardian gives their consent to use the details of the student, solely for the purposes of my services.
  6. I hold this data in order for me to get in touch with you and send my communications, for instance our newsletters, the performance reports and essential notifications regarding my classes.
  7. I will store your data securely and will keep it until you ask me to remove it. I will not sell, swap or pass your data on to third parties.
  8. You will always be in control of your data. If you wish at any time for your data to be removed, or for me not to contact you, you can contact me by email or by telephone.
  9. You may have subscribed to my mailing lists or opted-in to receive communications by email only. There will be instructions on how to unsubscribe at the end of each email.
