1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tuition services provided by Phi Tuition. By booking lessons, students and parents agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Online Tuition

All lessons are delivered online using professional digital teaching platforms and interactive whiteboards.

Students are expected to attend lessons on time with appropriate equipment, including a stable internet connection, writing materials and any required course resources.

3. Lesson Scheduling

Lessons are arranged in advance and scheduled according to availability and agreed timetables.

Phi Tuition will make every reasonable effort to maintain consistency in lesson scheduling throughout the academic year.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Lessons cancelled with insufficient notice may still be charged in full unless exceptional circumstances apply.

If Phi Tuition needs to reschedule a lesson, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered.

5. Fees & Payment

Tuition fees are outlined on the Phi Tuition website or agreed directly before lessons begin.

Payment terms and invoicing arrangements will be communicated in advance. Continued tuition may depend on timely payment.

6. Student Expectations

Students are expected to approach lessons with professionalism, preparation and respect.

Independent study, revision and completion of recommended work between lessons are essential for academic progress.

7. Academic Integrity

Phi Tuition supports genuine learning and academic development. Tuition is intended to strengthen understanding, problem-solving ability and independent thinking.

Students must not submit work completed dishonestly or use tuition support in ways that breach school or examination regulations.

8. Lesson Recordings

Online lessons may occasionally be recorded for educational or revision purposes. Participation in lessons implies consent unless otherwise discussed in advance.

9. Communication

Communication may take place via email, messaging platforms or video conferencing systems for lesson scheduling, educational updates and administrative matters.

10. Educational Outcomes

Phi Tuition is committed to delivering high-quality educational support; however, examination grades and university admissions cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on many factors including student effort and independent study.
